On September 10th, we hosted an event for university students at Piso 40, where an inspiring panel of four CFA Charterholders, Directors of CFA Society Uruguay, shared how the CFA Program has propelled their careers in the financial industry. The speakers were Catalina Maisonnave, Diego Stella, Franco Mercatini, and Micaela Dawid, who spoke about their diverse experiences, challenges, and key takeaways, offering valuable advice to future professionals in finance.

During the event, the speakers reflected on what motivated them to pursue the CFA designation and how it has influenced their professional careers. They also shared their experiences in preparing for the CFA exams, providing practical advice and strategies for students considering taking the exams, and discussed the specific skills they developed by completing the CFA Program and how they have applied these skills in their current roles.
