Mario Garcia Ribeiro is an Investment Director in the Private Equity team at Schroders Capital, the private assets investment division of Schroders, with over $90 billion in assets under management. Mario joined Schroders Capital in 2018 and leads the firm’s private equity investments in Benelux, France, and Iberia, covering direct investments, co-investments, and primaries. Before joining Schroders Capital, he combined his experience in private equity in the Spanish mid-market with investment banking experience at Banco Santander, where he advised private equity firms and corporations on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Mario has lived in 6 countries and began his career focused on the venture capital area, based in San Francisco (USA).
