Pursuant to the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the Association of Investment Professionals of Uruguay, in a session held on September 23, 2024, the members of the Association are hereby summoned to the Annual General Meeting, to be held in person at 6:30 p.m. on October 28, 2024, at the offices of CAF-Am, WTC Tower 3, Office 1174, so that the members may deliberate and resolve the matters on the agenda listed below.

Agenda:

1. Review and approval of the balance sheet, annual report, and report of the Audit Committee.
2. Presentation of the work carried out by the Board of Directors.
3. Presentation of plans and initiatives for the upcoming fiscal year.
4. Closing of the Assembly with the reading and signing of the minutes by the President of the Board of Directors and the ad-hoc Secretary appointed by the Assembly for this purpose.
